📰 Grayscale has rolled out a digital-asset model portfolio for financial advisors that excludes BTC entirely—a design that’s pretty interesting in its own right. The portfolio holds seven funds in total; as of August 31, ETH directly accounts for 42.34%.

🔥 XRP comes next at 26.11%, followed by Solana at 21.09%; together, the three make up about 89%. Honestly, that’s already quite concentrated—not the kind of setup where each asset gets a small slice and everything looks evenly balanced.

💡 Hyperliquid makes up 5.76%, with the remainder allocated to Chainlink, Avalanche, and Sui. In other words, within this portfolio, ETH is the absolute core, while XRP and Solana take on a large share of the weighting.

What’s perhaps even more worth pondering is that Grayscale has fully excluded BTC this time, and it’s still targeting the financial-advisor channel. Who would have thought the digital-asset version of a traditional investment portfolio would first express a preference for assets like ETH in a way like this.
