According to Wallstreetcn, a U.S. federal judge ruled that the Environmental Protection Agency must withdraw its decision to reclassify two Clean Air Act waivers granted to California as "rules" rather than "orders," and must "withdraw or correct" the move in all public statements while preventing the reclassification from taking effect. Congress is moving ahead with votes to use the Congressional Review Act to overturn the waivers, and the House plans to vote on two resolutions introduced in August on Tuesday and Thursday.
