[SOL has fallen 65% from ATH, but ETF money is still pouring in—this doesn’t seem right]

Today SOL is quoted at $101.79, up 1.5% over the past 24 hours—looks fine, right? But if you look back, a week ago it was still hovering above $104, and a month ago it directly dropped by nearly 3%. What is this kind of movement called? It’s basically directionless—the market is waiting for a signal.

My current mindset is—I've got a position, but I don’t dare to add more. This is the hardest spot: cutting the trade makes you fear you’ll miss out, holding it makes you fear it will keep drifting lower. The old injuries from 2017 tell me that in a choppy market, repeatedly trading can lose more than just holding still.

What I really want to talk about today is a CoinDesk report: in the past, ETF funds for XRP and SOL attracted $3 billion, while the DOGE ETF lasted only 10 months before it’s about to close.

So what does this mean in practical terms?

This ETF money isn’t retail investors chasing in—it’s coming from institutions and traditional finance players. These people won’t buy just because the SOL ecosystem is super strong or developers are very active. They only look at liquidity, compliance, and whether they can explain it clearly to their clients. So if SOL’s ETF can pull in $3 billion, it means that, in the traditional market, this coin has already been “explained”—it’s not a gambling tool; it’s an asset that can be placed into a portfolio.

But here’s the question: can the money that comes into these ETFs truly support SOL’s price? Or is it coming in just to distribute (sell into it)? I can’t say for sure—I just think this signal is worth watching closely.

At the end of the day, I’m not certain either. It just feels like—when other people are buying, I need to figure out what logic they’re buying on.

What’s your mindset right now? With this SOL move, do you dare to make a move?
