Most people don’t lose in futures because of a lack of analysis.
They lose because they don’t control their own mind.
I lived it firsthand.
I operated without rules, I entered on impulse, and each liquidation left me even more frustrated.
Greed and fear were driving me more than I was driving the market.
Until I understood something key:
In futures, your biggest enemy isn’t the price.
It’s you yourself.
Today I apply a simple but powerful rule:
One trade per day. Maximum.
That limitation forces me to think better, not chase the market, and protect my emotional capital.
Making money is good.
But learning not to self-destruct by trading too much is worth far more.
Discipline doesn’t feel exciting at first…
but it’s the only thing that keeps you alive in this game in the long run.
Do you also fight more against your own psychology than against the chart?
