Kingsoft chairman Lei Jun disclosed in a personal filing that he bought 4.185 million Kingsoft shares in the market through Xiaomi over four trading days from Sept. 9 to 11 and Sept. 14, spending more than HK$100 million, according to Ming Pao.

The four-day purchases were made at an average price of about HK$24.06 per share.
