People: People often ask me, why does the market move up and down and you still seem never to panic?

To be honest, it’s not that I have an amazing mindset—it’s that I’ve long since moved past the stage of trading crypto based on feelings.

Over these years, I’ve seen too many people who can talk technical analysis fluently, memorize indicators better than anyone else, and in the end, the ones who usually lose the most badly are often exactly them.

Why? Because they’re too eager to catch every wave of the market, and too desperate to predict every fluctuation with precision.

But the ones who truly make money in the market are actually those who dare to admit they don’t understand.

If you don’t get it, stay in cash and wait. If you do understand, then act decisively. You might only trade a few times a year, yet your returns end up beating most people.

When I started with 8,000 USDT, not a single trap I should have avoided was missed: chasing pumps, going all-in, refusing to cut losses, and stubbornly refusing to admit defeat—I did them all.

Later, I finally truly figured it out: in this market, lasting long matters a thousand times more than making money fast.

So now, I’ve set three hard rules for myself:
First, never go all-in. Keep some room in reserve—then when the price drops, you’ll have the confidence to add.

Second, never hold a losing position. Execute stop-losses strictly: when the time comes, get out. No hesitation, no lingering on a losing battle.

Third, don’t be greedy for the last copper coin. If profit should be taken, take it. What you leave in the market is always risk.

The reasoning sounds simple, but actually putting it into practice is hard.
Yet if you can stick with it, you’ll notice a wonderful change:
You’re no longer dragged around by the market—you gradually develop your own rhythm. Your mindset stabilizes, and profits naturally come.
