4Stock: Not yet official bStock for U.S. stocks—start running ahead on the $BNB chain
On September 8, Four.meme launched a pre-bStock product called “4Stock”: for popular U.S. stocks that don’t yet have an official bStock. Users apply for minting using $USDC . The platform uses a custodial account to buy real shares, then mints tokens 1:1 on the BNB Chain based on the actual number of shares purchased. The first target is a Nasdaq BNB Treasury concept stock, CEA Industries (code BNC), corresponding to BNC4. Minting is done via manual batch processing, and settlement may take several hours.
A notable moment appears quickly: on-chain trade prices briefly surged far above the corresponding stock price, and the redemption pathway hasn’t been open as instantly as it is with spot markets—so the “1:1 backing” and the “secondary market price” end up going their separate ways. Also, the meme coin with the same name and the stock token are not the same contract. Don’t directly treat the “4Stock” shown in your price-tracking app as BNC4.
What’s interesting is the mechanism: before the stock is officially listed in the bStock channel, the launchpad opens a sprint lane for early run. It’s also a reminder: tokenization doesn’t mean the price will always track spot. Premiums and discounts will always speak.
