The real story is the next:
24 HOURS.
$BTC is still defending a key area while two major catalysts are approaching back-to-back:
🇺🇸 CLARITY Act procedural vote
🏦 Federal Reserve FOMC decision
One could reshape the regulatory framework for Crypto.
The other controls something even bigger:
LIQUIDITY.
And here’s what makes this setup interesting.
The market hasn’t completely turned bearish.
Bitcoin options positioning has recently shifted more bullish, with traders increasingly looking toward $80K+ levels into year-end.
At the same time, expectations for a Fed rate hike remain high.
So BTC is basically sitting between:
REGULATORY OPTIMISM vs. MACRO LIQUIDITY PRESSURE.
That’s why $77,000 matters.
If the market already knows about the macro risks…
and BTC still refuses to break down,
someone is absorbing the pressure.
But if CLARITY disappoints AND the Fed stays hawkish?
