Even more outrageous is rent— a single room with a hall, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony costs only 300 yuan, and the area is even bigger than a two-bedroom one-living-room in Shenzhen, and cheaper than my hometown too...
My seventh brother earns around 15,000 yuan a month here, and his life is like being in heaven—no wonder he’s stayed for years.
