$NVDA This looks a bit like adding leverage to yourself. Reuters says that Huang (Lao Huang) is considering putting $10 billion into Anthropic’s IPO—an absolutely absurd scale. It’s pretty clear he wants to lock in compute demand early, and also get a foothold at the AI model layer. Logically, this is investing in his own ecosystem, which is a long-term positive. But in the short term, it’s almost no incremental boost to the stock price—because the money is going out, not coming in.
Now $NVDA is trading at 219.34, down 0.49% over the past 24 hours. Volume hasn’t exploded either. The market basically isn’t treating this seriously; it’s a classic case of “big news, small reaction.”
I’ll watch the 215 level. If it holds, I’ll keep holding. If it breaks down, it means the market didn’t really buy into this story—then I’ll cut a bit and wait for the next earnings report. If it’s really going higher, we’ll need to first reclaim 225 to see any real acceleration. At this level of cooperation, the market needs a few days to digest it—so don’t rush.
