$BTC went from 300B to 1.17T at cycle bottoms — that's a 3.5x. No alt did that. Meanwhile total altcoin market cap only doubled at the lows, and both cycle tops hit the same 1.7T.
The pie didn't grow. The coins inside just got swapped out.
It's not that alts are over. It's that most of the old ones got replaced and most people are still holding the wrong bags.
