Recent data showed HBAR spot ETFs recording inflows while several major crypto funds were seeing outflows.

And there’s another date I’m watching:

📅 September 15 — U.S. Senate CLARITY Act vote

If regulatory clarity improves for digital assets, institutional interest in assets like HBAR could become even more interesting.

But here’s the catch:

ETF inflows + regulation ≠ guaranteed price pump.

HBAR still needs to prove it can hold key levels and attract sustained demand.

For now, I’m watching $0.08 closely.
