Zodia Custody CEO Julian Sawyer will step down and move into a strategic advisory role, and will no longer take up the planned position of CEO of Zodia Solutions. Richard Clark, Chief Revenue Officer of Zodia Custody, will oversee the custody business during the transition involving Standard Chartered. Craig Perrin and Anoosh Arevshatian will lead Zodia Solutions. Standard Chartered previously planned to acquire Zodia Custody’s custody business and split the infrastructure platform into Zodia Solutions; the deal was originally expected to be completed by the end of August, but it is still pending regulatory approvals and the fulfillment of other closing conditions.
