I've been looking at @polyflow_PayFi lately and found that PayFi is actually not as far from us as we might imagine.
When people previously mentioned on-chain payments, what most thought of was simply transferring USDT.
But if we take one more step into reality, there are actually many scenarios: everyday spending, cross-border payments, getting online abroad, salary settlements, and even having AI Agents handle payments themselves in the future.
In simple terms, what PolyFlow is doing now is to gradually connect these use cases.
The PolyFlow Card can be used for daily purchases, the eSIM corresponds to cross-border travel, global salary payments cover cross-border work, and later there will be AI Agent Payment.
So when you look at it this way, it’s not trying to be just a standalone payment tool—it’s aiming to bring on-chain money into real life.
I think the truly interesting part of PayFi is right here.
If crypto stays only in trading and investing, it will always remain a relatively closed circle. The thing that can naturally bring more ordinary people into it might actually be payments.
So for this direction of @Polyflow_PayFi, I’ll keep paying attention.
The story can be told gradually, but in the end it still comes down to real users and real usage.
