The 15-minute RSI is relatively weak, which suggests the confidence for a rebound is actually not strong enough. Don’t be fooled by that little bounce. What we’re watching is whether the structure has truly been taken back.
As long as that upper line can’t be reclaimed on a close, the probability of moving downward is clearly much higher. Volatility is narrowing, which instead makes the risk boundary of this short trade clearer. Only after TP1 is there worthwhile room for us to patiently hold. I’d rather wait for it to bounce a bit before acting than chase the drop.
