The hardest part when you’re itching to trade isn’t losing money—it’s being empty-handed. Staring at the screen until the early hours, you always feel like if nothing moves, you’ll be missing something. So you force it and open a trade… only to wake up the next day and realize you’ve just been working for the commission fees.

Later, I gave myself a dumb but effective rule: when there’s no clear signal, treat “not opening a position” as if it were already an established trade—because it also needs a reason, needs to be held, and needs to resist being shaken out by volatility. An empty position isn’t doing nothing; it’s waiting for the odds to stand on my side.

Waiting can be boring, but an account’s equity curve is often dragged down by those “just try it” trades. Better to miss out than to force yourself to feel present when you’re not confident… We should encourage each other. #交易 #Market
