Programmer Alex Vormuz launched a digital model of a male fruit fly’s brain consisting of 166,000 neurons and gave it $100 so it could trade Bitcoin on Coinbase.
Dopamine neurons are stimulated when the fly makes a profit. Neural activity controls buy/sell decisions and executes trades.
Alex has open-sourced the fly and wants to find out whether it can get rich.
