$ETH Ether deep V rebounds—are bulls coming? Don’t rush. Tonight’s CPI is the real main event!

Brothers, look at ETH’s move: after the PPI data came out last night, it was dumped to a low of 2403, then it repaired and strengthened all the way back up, and it’s now back around 2470. A lot of people are starting to shout, “Bulls are here!” But let me remind everyone: tonight there’s still CPI data that hasn’t been released yet—so it’s too early to be overly optimistic!

Why does Sha Ge still lean bearish?

Macro pressure hasn’t eased: PPI blowing out was just the appetizer. Tonight’s CPI is the key factor that will determine the Fed’s rate-hike path. If inflation data keeps coming in above expectations, Treasury yields will likely push higher again, and assets valued at rich multiples will still be under pressure.

Technical pressure levels are clear: 2480 above is the first resistance, and stronger pressure sits at the 2500 round-number level. Without a breakout on heavy volume, this rebound should only be viewed as an oversold rebound—not a reversal.

Don’t chase longs tonight—wait to sell near the highs!

First short entry: around 2480
Second short entry: around 2500

As long as price runs up to these two levels and you see signs of stall/divergence, that will be an excellent opportunity to enter a short. Put your defense above 2520. For downside targets, first look at 2400; if it breaks down, then 2350.

Before the data is released, volatility will be massive. Use a stop loss, don’t bet on direction—just wait for the short opportunities near the highs to come to the door!
