Just took a quick look at LA. The intraday trading range is roughly from $0.0598 to $0.0675. This range isn't that narrow; both long and short sides are clearly trying to find direction.
My habit is to wait until the price gets close to the edges of the range before making a call. Chasing it in the middle usually leaves me uncomfortable with both upside and downside moves.
