The exchange started the closing process citing market conditions and restructuring. Although they announced a period to withdraw funds, the reality for many users has been different: there are multiple reports of withdrawals being frozen, extreme delays, and blocked verification processes.

In fact, personally, I transferred $3 USD that NEVER arrived in my account, and technical support provides no answers or solution.
