According to Jin10, Eurizon SLJ money fund manager Stephen Jen said it is extremely difficult to design a broad-based weaker-dollar strategy, especially without hurting overseas investors' large holdings of U.S. stocks and bonds. He said the U.S. government may instead choose a more fragmented path, including several small "Mar-a-Lago Accords" that would coordinate exchange-rate policy with major trading partners one by one to gradually weaken the dollar while avoiding a broad market expectation of continued dollar declines.
