[US dollar falls for four straight days, but Bitcoin stays stuck below 80,000? 💸]

There’s something a bit awkward about the market over the past two days.

The U.S. Dollar Index has been dropping for four straight days and has already slipped to around 98.7.

According to the usual script, when the dollar weakens, money should flow into risk assets.

But Bitcoin is still at 78,200, and the 80,000 line has been tested a few times without managing to hold above it.

Why?

Tonight first comes the PPI, followed by CPI. Two inflation data releases back to back.

Money doesn’t dare to move first—it’s waiting for the numbers.

My take is simple: the dollar’s weakness is just fueling the fire; the real ignition still depends on inflation.

If the data comes in soft, 80,000 most likely isn’t the endpoint.

If the data comes in strong, then treat this rally as if it didn’t happen for now.

📌 Right now it’s not a direction problem—it’s a matter of waiting for a confirmation signal.

Will you move after the data comes out, or position yourself early?
