AXA Hong Kong and Macau has signed a memorandum of understanding with enterprise technology solutions provider BytePlus to integrate BytePlus' artificial intelligence and large language model solutions into its operations, according to Ming Pao.

The insurer said the collaboration is aimed at advancing digital transformation across the insurance value chain and promoting the use of responsible AI.
