If you're running leverage on an account under $5,000, the maths is against you before you even pick a side.

20% against you at 5x and the position's gone. A 20% move in this market isn't unusual. It's Tuesday.

So it stops being about whether you're right and becomes whether you're right fast enough that noise doesn't liq you first.

Most people get the direction correct and still get taken out. That's not bad luck. That's the product working as designed.

Bitcoin at $78,058 moves enough in a quiet session to clear plenty of leveraged books. Ethereum at $2,462 more.

Leverage doesn't make a small account big. It just shortens how long you're allowed to be wrong.

What's the worst liq you've taken?

Following me gets you the rest of these as they come.
