Didn’t manage to get in during the day—so should you pick up this bearish candle tonight? On one side you’re afraid of catching a falling knife; on the other you’re afraid a strong coin will run again tomorrow. I choose the latter.

One word for the whole day: split. The weak ones keep slumping. The strong ones bring volume and rip through the previous high. Stop scrolling through the whole screen looking for any missed “catch-up gains.” Tonight, just focus on the ones that have already proven themselves. $RAY is #2 on the gainers list; volume has followed through; the previous high has been smashed through—*that* is what you can talk about when discussing a pullback opportunity.

Current price is around 1.35. The intraday high was 1.4758, and it only pulled back less than 10%. On the 4-hour chart, it was lifted from 0.83, already more than 1.5x in a day. On the weekly chart, it surged from around 0.53, up by two times or more. The 24-hour spot volume is nearly 20 million; the 4-hour volume is 70–80 million; weekly volume is on the order of 300 million. The move that broke the previous high wasn’t a flimsy fake breakout—it was price and volume moving together. The 4-hour structure is still holding above 80%. The weekly chart is even pinned near 90%. Volume hasn’t shrunk; this is strong pulling back a bit—not a breakdown before topping out. If volume disappears and then you get a bearish candle, that’s when it’s distribution. We’re not at that stage yet.

If it’s a weak coin falling in a bearish dip, go ahead and try to buy—that’s going against the trend. For a strong coin, a dip with bearish momentum is the window. Going long at 1.47 when it was topping there—*that* is unlucky. Now this bearish candle is the one worth watching. Don’t be greedy and go pick up a mess of “chicken parts” tonight.

If it breaks below 1.10, then with this wave’s price-volume confirmation, it’s basically invalid—don’t stubbornly hold on. Above 1.10, it’s basically a gift—take it apart.
