DeepSeek plans to officially release V4.1 Flash around September 10. According to ChainCatcher, the company said internal and external testing showed the new model has surpassed V4 Pro in performance, cost, speed, and total processing time.

After V4.1 Flash goes live and before V4.1 Pro is released, all requests sent to V4 Pro will automatically switch to V4.1 Flash and be billed at the lower Flash rate. Users will not need to change their existing V4 Pro integration method.
