India is taking a restrained approach to the BRICS summit in New Delhi, according to Bloomberg. Three years ago, the city staged a far more elaborate display for the Group of 20 summit, with colorful murals of Indian mythology, statues, floral arrangements and welcome billboards featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
