What exactly is 4Stock?

In one sentence: Four.meme takes a cheap US stock, moves it onto BSC, and then lets everyone use it as fuel to hype and trade Meme coin.

More specifically: On the BNB Chain, Four.meme launched a new mechanism called 4Stock. They first find a US stock that hasn’t been officially tokenized yet—this time it’s BNC (a listed company that specializes in holding BNB; it has several hundred million BNB—worth billions—but the company’s own market cap is much lower).

If you pay at least 10,000 USDC to the platform, they will go to the US stock market to buy the real shares for you, then mint chain tokens 1:1 based on the number of shares purchased. These tokens are called BNC4. In theory, this token corresponds to the real stock.

Then the community uses BNC4 as the liquidity pool and launches a Meme coin also called 4Stock. What people are actually疯狂抢 (wildly scrambling) for—pushing the market cap to 80–90 million and then cutting in half within a few hours—is mainly the Meme, not the underlying real shares.

Because minting is slow, there are entry thresholds, and redemptions at the beginning aren’t smooth, the on-chain price doesn’t match the US stock price. BNC4 was once hyped to as high as 7–8× the value of the real stock. On top of that, there’s the short-squeeze story that “this company holds a huge pile of BNB but sells it cheaply,” and CZ just happened to post something like “IPO will be on-chain.” The emotions exploded instantly. Some people mint based on the real stock price, then flip and sell on-chain at a higher price—making over $200,000 in a single trade.

Honestly, what ladder are people using? 🪜

“Easy chain” is pretty good

Fast, and very stable!

It’s basically: real stocks as the background props, Meme coins as the main character, and the premium window as an ATM. Once the window closes, redemption opens, and sentiment cools, the premium collapses. At its core, it’s still a high-risk shitcoin—don’t treat it like a legitimate stock.
