#BTC dominance has fallen from 60.4% to 59.6% and is now sitting directly on the 59.5% support level.
This is where things get interesting.
If 59.5% breaks and holds, I think we could see Bitcoin start losing more market share to the rest of crypto.
The next major level I'd be watching is 58.8%.
That would be a meaningful move and could create a much better environment for ETH and altcoins to outperform Bitcoin.
But I wouldn't call an altseason just yet.
We need to see ETH/BTC strengthen and the broader market actually expand alongside the drop in BTC dominance.
If 59.5% holds, Bitcoin dominance could simply bounce back towards 60% and eventually retest the 60.75% resistance.
For now, 59.5% is the line I'm watching.
A break below it could be the first real sign that capital is starting to rotate away from Bitcoin. 👀
