Conversely, the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union explicitly establishes that every individual is entitled to respect concerning their communications, their home, and their private and family life. Polkadot aims to make these foundational rights a reality for all people through its technology and products. As an initial step toward this goal, upcoming Polkadot products will feature private communication as a standard, default setting.
