Look at how few stocks are actually making new highs within each sector right now. The headline indices might feel fine, but under the surface? Thin ice.

This is what distribution looks like before most people notice. The winners get narrower. The laggards pile up. And then one day, everyone wonders why it all fell apart so fast.
