🇨🇭 SWITZERLAND IS TESTING A CHF STABLECOIN
Switzerland’s CHFD stablecoin has entered its live testing phase, with SIX and TWINT joining major institutions including UBS, PostFinance and Sygnum.
The project is testing programmable payments, automated transactions and tokenized-asset settlement, with potential use cases in online marketplaces, event ticketing and public payments.
This is still a controlled sandbox experiment, not a commercial launch or Swiss CBDC. Testing is expected to continue through 2026.
