🐋 BITCOIN’S NEWER WHALES HIT $9.07 BILLION IN PAPER PROFITS. WILL THEY CASH OUT?

Reported unrealized gains among short-term Bitcoin whales recently reached $9.07 billion, before easing to around $7.51 billion.

These are gains on coins they still hold—not profits already collected. 👀

Here’s why that matters:

If Bitcoin starts weakening, some large holders may sell to protect those gains. That could add pressure, especially if buyers aren’t strong enough to absorb the supply.

But paper profits alone don’t prove a sell-off is coming.

My takeaway: a rising market creates both confidence and an incentive to cash out.

The next test is how these holders behave when momentum slows—and whether fresh demand meets any selling.

Will newer whales hold for more upside or start securing their profits? 💬
