Recently, on the exchange, many foreign accounts (China, Cambodia, Laos...) have been participating in P2P in both directions (Buy & Sell), but when making payments they use bank accounts under Vietnamese names (e.g., the profile name shows one thing, while the account receiving the funds is another person’s name).

Extremely high risks if you carry out the transaction:

Risk of getting involved with dirty money / money laundering: Your bank account is very likely to be frozen or temporarily locked down under investigation-related measures.

Exchange refuses to provide protection: If you intentionally transfer/receive money from an account that is not in your name, Binance or any other CEX exchange will not be responsible for supporting you when disputes (appeals) occur, because you have violated the matched-name terms.

Lifesaving rule:

1. Always double-check that the name on your bank account matches 100% with the name on the exchange account.

2. Absolutely do not trade according to notes like: "Transfer to the bank account (STK) of a relative/wife/husband."

3. If the name is mismatched → cancel the order or ask the exchange to intervene immediately.

Brothers and sisters, trade carefully—don’t be careless for even a minute, or your bank account could get "frozen" permanently!
