Along with Binance’s Clean Up Day Campaign, I personally took part in cleaning the neighborhood street where I live.

Every day, this little road that we’re used to traveling feels like it’s even part of my life. It’s the road students walk to and from school, the road where older people walk in the mornings to take care of their health, and also the road where children play and spend time happily.

But as the days went by, I began to see trash gradually scattered along the roadside—plastic bags, food wrappers, empty cans, paper waste, and other discarded items. Once it became something we saw every day, instead of waiting for someone else to come clear it up, I decided that I should do something myself.

For this, we also invited some neighbors, and together we started cleaning along the neighborhood street with trash bags and gloves. We picked up and cleared the trash that had been piling up near roadside lawns, near drainage ditches, and under electric light poles. In some places, we even found trash that had been left discarded for a long time—plastic items and dust-covered rubbish.

After working together for about two hours, we managed to collect the trash along the road into around three large trash bags. When I looked back at the street, which had become cleaner and more tidy than before, I felt that it was more meaningful to take part myself, thinking, “This is the place we pass through every day.”

The main reason we do this is because environmental cleanliness isn’t the responsibility of just one person—it’s a responsibility that all of us should work together to fulfill.

Taking care of a small road in front of your own home may seem like a minor action. But if person by person, house by house, people start taking care of their surroundings themselves, the whole neighborhood’s image can gradually change. A clean and well-organized environment also creates a better environment for our quality of life and health.

By participating in this Clean Up Day activity, neighbors became closer to one another, and we also experienced together the spirit of, “We will take care of our own neighborhood.” I came to understand that cleaning isn’t only about picking up trash—it’s also about valuing the place we live and taking responsibility for the future.

I also appreciate how Binance encourages people to rethink their surroundings and to get involved through these kinds of environmental conservation activities.

🌱 If you want to leave a clean and beautiful environment for the next generation, let’s start right now.

Help keep your own home’s walkway and your neighborhood clean starting today. A small action you take on your side can also inspire someone else.

Each person will start.

Everyone in the neighborhood will join.

The world becomes cleaner. 🌍💚
