🇯🇵JAPAN BECAME THE $88B SELLER.

Japan dumped $87.8B of foreign securities in August while spending a record ¥15.4T to defend the yen.

Its reserves fell 6.2% to $1.208T, the lowest since October 2022.

With roughly 80% of reserves tied to dollar assets, the selling side matters.
