66% of people are short, but the price has only dropped 26%—that divergence is pretty interesting.

Lobster has been dumped from its high of 0.087 down to 0.061, with the hourly chart printing three consecutive bearish candles. It looks pretty ugly. But if you look at the trading volume: the last two hourly K-lines saw volume spike to 73 million and 71 million USDT, which suggests someone is absorbing supply below.

The funding rate is only 0.005%, almost neutral. Although shorts are in the majority, they still aren't crowded enough. If this stabilizes here, there could be a short squeeze.

The key is whether this low at 0.0606 can hold. If it breaks, that means a new round of decline; if it holds, it could instead become a short-term rebound point.
