Raydium has upgraded LaunchLab to an "any trading pair" model, and this step may be more important than it seems for the Memecoin trading experience on Solana.

A few points worth noting:

Liquidity is no longer locked into fixed pools. Previously, new tokens could only be listed in designated trading pairs; now they can be matched freely, which means even small-cap tokens can find suitable counterpart orders, and slippage should improve significantly.

There is now room to compress fees. With more trading pair options, users will naturally vote with their feet—whichever pool is thinner or more expensive will be screened out by the competition mechanism, which will automatically help you find the optimal route.

Meme-native scenarios benefit the most. On Solana, Meme coins have short life cycles and high volatility; whether early liquidity is sufficient almost determines whether a coin can "survive" past the opening.

For experienced traders, this may mean the logic of "sniping the exact moment" needs to be reconsidered—when liquidity arrives faster and more evenly, the window for timing advantages is shrinking.

For ordinary users, this is a real benefit: more reasonable slippage, lower fees, and fewer "opens and immediately blows up" situations.

Infrastructure is quietly upgrading, and sometimes that deserves longer-term attention more than a single piece of good news.
