Robinhood chain launchpad token $PONS : pulled back after crossing the roughly $1 billion market-cap threshold

Lookonchain / GMGN market view: Pons is the native token launchpad on Robinhood Chain (the community often compares it to Pump.fun). The platform token $PONS briefly pushed its fully diluted market cap to around $990 million yesterday, becoming the first on-chain asset to challenge the billion-dollar mark, before retreating from the highs and consolidating.

CoinGecko / DexScreener live data: current price is about $0.76–$0.77, circulating market cap is about $540 million, 24h is around -11%, and total exchange-wide trading volume remains elevated (CG volume is roughly in the near-$200 million range). In terms of mechanism, launch and trading fees are returned to the protocol, and about 80% is used for TWAP buybacks and burns of $PONS ; roughly 30% of the supply has already been burned. The narrative is: "token-launch frenzy, fees, buybacks, and burns."

On Twitter, people are watching Robinhood Chain traffic and capital rotation from Solana/StonkFun. On the same chain, $MEME and $BONER are also seeing highly volatile turnover. Contract: 0x39dB…4571.
