Iran has formally established an Economic War Command Center to coordinate and quickly address economic problems arising during wartime, according to ETNet.

Iranian Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Mortaza Zamaniyan said the center will first focus on the ministry's responsibilities and powers, working to speed up responses to problems facing business operations, trade and financing within its existing remit.

He added that some of the issues already emerging are beyond the ministry's authority, and said the ministry will use its role in national macroeconomic policymaking to coordinate among departments and push related issues at the government level.
