$ICP look guys, this is fading short. It's tucked inside that tight range right now. The last few candles got heavy upper wicks, showing sellers are active at the top boundary. Plus, it can't make a clean run past that immediate resistance level. I'm shorting the pullback towards the floor. If it keeps bouncing off that top edge, I'll bail early, but for now, I'm betting on a dip.
