The alliance combines CAF's institutional capacity, the experience and coordination of Venezuela Sin Límites in the country, and the international network of Unidos en Red to mobilize resources, bring in partners, and expand the impact of the Fund.
CAF —Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean—, the Venezuela Sin Límites Foundation and the Unidos en Red Foundation formalized an alliance to promote and expand the scope of the Fund for the Recovery and Reconstruction of Venezuela (FORRV), created and managed by CAF.
The agreement establishes a collaboration platform to mobilize resources, bring in strategic partners and connect national and international capabilities that contribute to the processes of recovery, rehabilitation and reconstruction of Venezuela.
The alliance seeks to facilitate the coordinated participation of companies, foundations, multilateral organizations, cooperation agencies, civil society organizations, leaders and citizens committed to the country's future.
Complementary capabilities for a common goal
The strategic value of the alliance lies in the complementarity of the three organizations. CAF provides the institutional vehicle to channel resources toward the country's recovery and reconstruction; Venezuela Sin Límites, its experience and knowledge of the Venezuelan social ecosystem and its ability to coordinate with civil society organizations; and Unidos en Red, its international platform of relations with organizations, companies, institutions and leaders from Ibero-America and other markets.
This combination will make it possible to expand FORRV's reach, generate new cooperation opportunities and bring the Fund closer to potential donors and partners inside and outside Venezuela.
From resource mobilization to impact generation
The Fund for the Recovery and Reconstruction of Venezuela was conceived to channel contributions and efforts aimed at responding to the country's recovery challenges through sustainable, long-term solutions.
The agreement establishes a collaboration platform aimed at connecting national and international capabilities, incorporating strategic partners and expanding support for the Fund to contribute to the processes of recovery, rehabilitation and reconstruction of Venezuela.
Together with CAF, the organizations will promote cooperation opportunities linked to priority areas for recovery and social development, including health, education, protection, livelihoods, logistics and other initiatives aimed at improving the conditions of the most vulnerable communities.

The signing of these agreements consolidates a common agenda based on collaboration, transparency and the participation of multiple sectors.
Through FORRV, CAF, Venezuela Sin Límites and Unidos en Red seek to connect resources, knowledge, networks and coordination capacity to transform solidarity and international cooperation into concrete actions that contribute to the sustainable recovery of Venezuela.
The alliance represents a strategic step to expand the community of organizations, companies, institutions and people committed to Venezuela's recovery, consolidating a cooperation platform that makes it possible to channel resources, build alliances and sustain reconstruction efforts with long-term impact.
