61% single-day gain, but the funding rate is negative—what does that mean?

RAYSOL surged from 0.85 to 1.44 today, with trading volume hitting 322 million USDT.
At first glance, it looks like a strong breakout, but the funding rate of -0.0298% reveals the truth:
longs are not crowded, and some people may even be shorting the move.

The hourly candles have closed green in a row, with the last one showing a clear spike in volume,
but the long/short ratio of 49%/51% shows bears slightly in control.
This kind of divergence—"price rising while shorts do not decrease"—
often means the move is not over yet: either a continued short squeeze, or a pullback to shake out weak hands.

I’m not chasing the top; I’ll wait and see if it pulls back near 1.25.
