【A 95% drop no one talks about, but this data matters more】

Every time AVAX comes up, there’s always someone in the comments saying, "It’s down 95%, why are we still talking about it?"

But let me ask you this: how many major coins have you seen that fell to a tiny fraction of their ATH, yet still have trading volume equal to more than 5% of their own market cap?

This isn’t a buy-the-dip signal. This is capital voting with its feet.

AVAX’s FNG index is now 73. The market overall is greedy, and that’s well above last week’s average of 68. From a trader sentiment perspective, this wave isn’t about panic selling—it’s about waiting for direction. Big money is waiting for a catalyst.

Honestly, I’m not այստեղ to calculate support and resistance for you. You can see levels like 7.38 and 7.89 on your own chart.

What I want to talk about is something else.

I’ve been through four cycles, and every time I see this combination of being deeply oversold plus surging volume, my first thought isn’t "can it be bought?" It’s "who is buying, and what are they buying it for?"

AVAX’s subnet and cross-chain communication are among the few L1 features that genuinely have a business use-case. I’ve seen people from traditional finance use AVAX to test supply-chain settlement—not as a hype play, but for real operations. In the current RWA narrative, AVAX is moving faster than many people think.

Of course, that doesn’t mean it will pump tomorrow.

Real-world adoption takes time. From testing to large-scale adoption, 18 to 24 months is a normal cycle. Anyone entering now is either in it for long-term conviction or betting on news flow. I’ve seen both, and the outcomes are completely different.

So back to the opening question: does a 95% drawdown matter? Yes, but it’s not the most important thing.

What matters most is whether you understand if you’re betting on a return to underlying technical value, or just a pure sentiment rebound. Those two have completely different holding periods and strategies.

Which side are you leaning toward? Do you genuinely think AVAX’s fundamentals have worked through, or do you think sentiment repair is enough?
