⚠️ There’s one thing people often forget when they see a new product.

If something is traded on Binance, that doesn’t mean it’s risk-free.

This applies to bStocks, Earn, and any instrument at all.

For myself, I look at at least 4 things:

1️⃣ What exactly am I buying?
2️⃣ Where does the return come from?
3️⃣ How easy will it be for me to exit the position?
4️⃣ What will happen if the market moves against me?

Especially point #4 😅

Because when everything is going up, the risks don’t seem that scary.

Then -10% comes along, and suddenly you start reading the terms much more carefully.

So right now I follow the principle: «first understand—then invest».

It’s more boring.

But cheaper. 😄
