I went long on UNI at 7.2, and after it came out at 7.4, I also opened a short at 7.35, with the stop loss set at 7.45. If it keeps pumping higher, I won’t care about it. I’ll just wait to buy back at a lower level. Let’s see whether CRV will have a move next. Take a look at the weekly chart of CRV — it didn’t pump much at the beginning either, and I’m looking at the 0.6 to 0.7 range. If it’s stronger, it should come out around 0.75. Four months ago I focused on positioning in ETH, UNI, and CRV, with UNI being slightly heavier in allocation, then ETH, and then CRV.
Back to the CRV structure: on the weekly timeframe, the MACD fast line has already reached the zero axis, and the slow line will follow up as well. Besides the two major resistance directions mentioned above, there is also resistance below around 0.52-0.53. But if we look at the daily timeframe, the short-term resistance is very obvious: only after breaking through and holding above 0.41-0.42 can it move toward above 0.5. When I positioned in CRV in 2024, I waited about half a year, and within one month it pumped six or seven times. So this time I also positioned in CRV, hoping it will bring me unexpected results. Both spot and futures are at low levels, with an average price of 0.22. It is pulling back now.
