From the chart: the price is now $0.02703, and the rebound from $0.02610 is clear. However, the price is still below EMA25 at $0.02724 and very close to EMA99 at $0.02712, so the $0.02710–$0.02725 area has become important resistance.
If TUT manages to reclaim $0.02725 and hold above it, it may resume targeting $0.02820, then $0.02900–$0.02960.
Losing $0.02610, on the other hand, would be a negative signal and could open the way toward lower levels.
Bottom line: the pullback is there, but the price is currently at a very important test area; the decisive move will be reclaiming $0.02725 or breaking $0.02610.
