For those still holding card balance, pay attention today to the time gap between “application successful” and “wallet credited”: the official withdrawal FAQ says the processing time is 24–48 hours, and the funds are USDC on the Base chain.

Both the homepage and the termination notice list this date; this arrangement was announced in July and is not a sudden development. The public pages I checked do not clearly specify the withdrawal deadline hour or time zone, and I also did not verify whether your account can still submit requests now, so it cannot be interpreted as meaning there is still time until 24:00 tonight Beijing time.

Card balance and self-custodial wallet assets need to be handled separately. Card balance depends on the platform to complete the withdrawal; the termination notice explains that the private key of a self-custodial wallet is held by the user, and closing the app itself does not change the ownership of on-chain assets. Backups must be kept safely by yourself, and no customer support, private messages, or “migration assistants” should be given your seed phrase or private key.

If you have already applied, subsequent confirmation should be based on the receiving network, wallet address, and actual arrival record; if it still has not arrived after the processing window stated in the official instructions, verify again through the support email listed on the official website and keep the application record. An announcement is not proof of personal receipt, and I cannot guarantee the arrival time on behalf of the platform.

My view is: if a withdrawal usually takes 24–48 hours on the platform, a shutdown announcement should clearly state both the “latest application time” and the “latest processing time”; if it only gives the same date, do you think that is sufficient?
