$ZEC
ZEC is showing strong breakout momentum after clearing the $1,000 level and pushing to a new local high of $1,196.50.
On the 4H chart, the bullish structure is clear. Price is trading around $1,165, well above EMA7 at $1,062, EMA20 at $994, and EMA40 at $935. The EMAs are expanding upward, confirming acceleration rather than consolidation.
The next major battle is $1,196 to $1,200. A clean break and 4H close above $1,200 would open the path toward $1,230 to $1,250. After $1,250, $1,300 becomes the next psychological target.
Momentum is being amplified by a major short squeeze. Around $34.5 million of bearish ZEC positions were liquidated during the initial move through $1,000, while futures open interest climbed to roughly $2.3 billion. Grayscale’s ZCSH ETF has also recorded at least $34.4 million in net inflows since launching on August 25.
One risk is clear. The 4H RSI(14) is already 81.6 and RSI(7) is 88.8, showing an extremely overbought market. A rejection at $1,200 could trigger profit-taking toward $1,125 to $1,100 before another attempt.
ZEC roadmap:
$1,200 breakout → $1,230 → $1,250 → $1,300
As long as buyers defend the breakout structure, momentum stays bullish. $1,200 is the key level now.
