❗ The issue was with the block poster — the component responsible for submitting Robinhood Chain transaction data to Ethereum — which was unable to reach Ethereum.

Arbitrum says Ethereum’s blob market was the cause of the delay, even though the first interruption happened while Ethereum still had 263 unused blob slots.
